"10 Words or Less" with Laura Putnam

Putnam is CEO of Motion Infusion, a well-being training and consulting firm based in the Bay Area, and the author of Workplace Wellness That Works, published by Wiley.

The occasion for our chat is that she's coming to Massachusetts next week to give a keynote speech to an organization I support, the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts. That event is Tuesday, 9/22, at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro.

Scheduled time was noon, but we had tech trouble. We finally got started about 2:40 Eastern, and even then, a connectivity issue made it painful to conduct, and to watch. Putnam had great enthusiasm, and great answers, but I'm not sure even my grandma would sit through it. I'm not pulling it down because Putnam showed both patience and perseverance in getting it completed, and I don't want to waste her time totally. But nor do I want to invite you into it without a warning.

I'll be publishing a text version of the interview within a week or so. Maybe you should wait for that. Ugh.
