A great and busy week

Taxonomy upgrade extras:

I didn't plan it this way, but this first week of 2011 has turned out to be a whirlwind of outreach for "Fat Boy Thin Man."

Monday, an interview I did with Crop To Cuisine aired in New York, Austin, Denver, and several other markets. I haven't been able to hear it yet, but I felt that the interaction with my interviewer, Dov Hirsch, was excellent, and I'm hopeful for the edited version.

Tuesday, I did an hour with a San Diego group, SelfHelpWorks.com.

Last night, I attended my first book group as an author, and was pleased to learn that my predecessor (last month's author) was Ernest Hemingway. (Take note, please: How often am I going to be grouped with him!?) It was a great opportunity and a great discussion, and I'm eager to do more, though I don't know how to hook into the book club circuit.

In about 10 minutes, I'll be doing a phoner with KPNC 100.7 FM, a Country station that reaches Oklahoma and Kansas.

And tomorrow night, though technically it's Saturday morning, I'll be on the air with Jordan Rich, the well established overnight voice at WBZ-AM 1030. That'll be 1 a.m. hour. If you happen to be up, please listen in.
